進行形とは

現在進行形は、現在実際に行なっていることや習慣を表現する時に使います。進行形の作り方は、”Be動詞＋Ving”になります。また、進行形には過去のある時点で進行している行動を表現する過去進行形や、未来のある時点で進行しているであろう行動を表現する未来進行形もあります。

進行形の例文

He is eating a dinner now.：彼は今、晩御飯を食べています。

She was crying when I saw her.：私が彼女に会った時に、彼女は泣いていました。

He will be playing soccer after two hours.：2時間後、彼はサッカーをしているでしょう。

進行形にできない動詞

ポイントの解説

進行形には、動詞の中で状態を表す動詞などは適用されない場合が多くあります。進行形にできるかどうかは、自分の意思を持ってすぐにやめられない場合に進行形が適用されないことが多い（例外あり）と覚えると良いでしょう。
